The 'Owner' privilege is fixed at job creation to the creator and cannot be altered. The job needs to be recreated using the 'finance' group’s credentials.

The Databricks Jobs UI does not allow for the changing of job owners. The Databricks REST API must be utilized for this purpose.

Possessing the 'CAN MANAGE' permission does not suffice to assign 'Owner' privileges to a group. The data engineer must currently be the job's owner.
