AWS Technical Account Manager (TAM) is available in the higher-tier support plans:

• AWS Enterprise On-Ramp Support - Provides access to a TAM for proactive guidance
• AWS Enterprise Support - Provides full access to a dedicated TAM for strategic guidance and operational support

Other plans that do NOT include TAM access:

• AWS Basic Support - Free tier with limited support
• AWS Developer Support - Business hours email support
• AWS Business Support - 24x7 technical support but no TAM

The TAM serves as your primary point of contact for strategic guidance, helps with architectural reviews, and provides proactive monitoring and optimization recommendations.
