Amazon SageMaker JumpStart provides access to prebuilt and open-source foundation models, tooling for fine-tuning, and deployment options for custom model evaluation workflows. To evaluate contracts for compliance, you typically need to extract contract text (which can be done with Amazon Textract) and then run a foundation model to analyze the content and determine compliance. SageMaker JumpStart is the right choice because it enables you to select and deploy open-source FMs, fine-tune them on your labeled compliance data, and host them for inference. Amazon Textract is only an OCR/text-extraction service (useful as a preprocessing step), Amazon Kendra is an intelligent search service, and Amazon Q Business is a managed conversational product for business knowledge — neither of those directly provide a way to bring and run an open-source FM with fine-tuning and hosted inference like SageMaker JumpStart does.
